The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is one of the fastest and most popular pathways to Canadian permanent residence for individuals with skilled work experience in Canada.
Designed for temporary foreign workers and international graduates, the CEC allows eligible candidates to transition from temporary status to permanent residence — often in as little as six months.
The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is an immigration program managed under Canada’s Express Entry system.
Launched in 2008, it is designed for individuals who have already gained skilled work experience in Canada and want to become permanent residents.
